How many guests can stay at once?
大人の方が最大で4名様までお泊まりいただけます。ご用意できるベッドが最大で4名様分となります。
We accommodate up to four adult guests, with a maximum of four beds available.

About Your Stay
Can you accommodate food allergies?
アレルギーをお持ちのお客様は、事前にご予約の際、お電話にてお問い合わせください。なお、食材調達の面で対応が難しい場合もございます。当日のお申し出には対応できかねますので、ご予約時にお知らせくださいますようお願いします。
If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance when making your reservation by phone.
Please note that depending on ingredient availability, we may not be able to accommodate certain requests.
We are unable to make changes on the day of your visit, so please notify us at the time of booking.

Can I change the number of guests after my reservation is confirmed?

キャンセル料はいつから発生しますか？
When does the cancellation fee apply?
お客様都合による、直前のご予約取消しにつきましては、キャンセル費用が発生いたします。8日前までのキャンセルの際は全額返金となりますが、返還手続きに掛かる振込手数料等をご負担いただく場合がございます。
宿泊予約を解除する際、事前にお支払いいただいている宿泊料金がある場合は、キャンセル費用・手続きにかかる手数料等を差し引いた差額をお客様ご指定の口座へ返還いたします。
For cancellations made on short notice due to customer circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made at least 8 days in advance will receive a full refund; however, the customer may be responsible for any bank transaction fees related to the refund process.
If you have already paid for your stay in advance, we will refund the remaining balance to the bank account of your choice after deducting the cancellation fee and any applicable processing fees .

お子様について
子どもの宿泊は可能ですか？
年齢制限はございません。ただし、お子様用の作務衣のご用意はありませんので、ご自身でご準備いただきますようお願いいたします。

About Children
Can children stay at the accommodation?
There is no age restriction for children.
However, we do not provide children's-size samue (traditional loungewear), so please bring your own.
What are the accommodation rates for children?
If you are bringing children, please contact us by phone for details.
チェックイン・アウトについて
チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間を教えてください。
What are the check-in and check-out times?
チェックインは午後4時、チェックアウトは午前10時です。チェックインの時間が前後する場合はお電話にてお知らせください。
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
If your check-in time changes, please notify us by phone.
アーリーチェックインまたはレイトチェックインはできますか？
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
大変申し訳ございませんが、基本的に承っておりません。
交通機関の遅延やその他やむを得ない事情の場合は対応いたしますのでお電話にてご相談ください。

チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けられますか？
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
可能です。スタッフにお申し付けください。
ただし、貴重品、飲食物、割れ物はお預かりをお断りしております。 あらかじめご了承ください。
Yes, we can store your luggage. Please inform our staff.
However, we are unable to accept valuables, food & beverages, or fragile items.

備え付けのセミダブルベッドを2台ご用意しております。（4名様での宿泊の際は、追加のエキストラベッド2台をご準備いたします）
We typically provide two semi-double beds.
For groups of four guests, we will prepare two additional extra beds.
