On the first floor, the Kombu BAR serves kombu-infused drinks, including shochu, cocktails with kombu dashi, and seasonal dishes highlighting its rich flavors.

The bath for overnight guests is a “Kombu Bath”, where strips of kombu float gently in the water. As the seaweed’s natural minerals and silky essence dissolve, the water softens, deeply hydrating your skin.
